    Seems like a simple but meaningful article. I have a small problem with the term “Business Analyst” because it implies this work is only happening in “business computing”. We’ll never jump the “COBOL/FORTRAN” gap if we cement the distinction in job titles. If it’s all about business, then the term should be “Analyst”, and if it’s not all about business, the term should be “Operations Analyst”.
